Just logged onto the HVHS website and saw the links for 1977-1982. So many names and so many memories. Hope everyone is well. I live in America and have done since shortly after my marriage in 1984.

Someone else remembered Moira Beattie. I got in touch with Roslyn Johnston via this website and she is still in touch withj Adrienne Soal and her sister Jane. Jane used to go to country dancing too.
I saw another message board with a message from your sister Lyn who is overseas.Goodnight, off to bed now.

Hi Heather - i remember you too - we lived in trafalgar street and went to country dancing like you said.Used to go with Moira Beattie, i think that was her surname.Her dad was really scottish.
Do come on Sat. during the day - it'll be fun.

Hi, thanks June and Eugene. I remember you June. You used to live down the same street as the Methodist church and I think you went to Country dancing?
You were one year ahead at school. Well I have not registered but live close to the school, so as Elizabeth has suggested (above), I might pop in the next day. Meantime nice chatting to you all. June say hi to Lee when you see her from me (Heather Carlisle). Margaret Chappell and Lee and I were in the same chemistry class with Mr Marrision.

Hi Heather.I just read your messages on the notice board. I dont remember you by name. I saw some of the names you were hoping to track down. Lee Wright! I ran into her a couple of weeks ago. She used to be in the police (as was I) and now she is married with children and living just up the road from me in Waikane and running the local christian camp (used to be called el rancho). Not sure if she is going to the re-union.

Hi there, you won't know me but I know a Lee Candy ( nee Wright - if she's the one you've been asking about). Lee and her husband Bruce are the managers at El Rancho CHristian Holiday Park in Waikanae. We have camped their for the last few years. June Allwright ( nee Snell '75 - '78)

Hi Heather, I still can't picture you, were you in any sports teams/committees etc so that your photo would be in the school magazines?
I kept up with Lee Wright for a while,from memory her married name is Candy, she was a police officer for a time, and then I think they moved up the Waikanae Coast.
Are you going to pop into the school grounds on the Saturday for the food fair? Maybe all those not going to the whole thing could come along there to meet up. What does anyone else think?

Hi Elizabeth, I remember you from school days. Did you use to hang around with Lee Wright or know what happened to her?
I have been in touch via email to Roslyn Johnston and Karl Scott and Deidre Hill, adn Leah Strickland. Even if I don't attend it's been interesting catching up with some people via email. I see you are going. Enjoy if I don't see you there.

Hi Mathew Knew you from London rather than HVHS (tho your bro Phillip was in my class - what's he up to these days?). Remember Steve and I from those wonderful days socialising at NZ House? Yes, me again. Just found my classroom photos. Where are you Barbara Meier, David Abbott, Tracey Hedley, Caroline Hall, Todd Irving, Meera Thomson, Peter Hibbard,Raewyn Campbell, Claire Austen, Heather Grozef, David Roberts, Amelia Cooper, Jillian Carey, Stephanie Blatner, Mark Allan???? I still keep in touch with Deborah Kenning (P North)and Carol Shirer (now in Aussie).I'd like to mention Leonie Dunning who we also used to keep in touch with but had an unfortunate death. Jean Budge who organised our 4th from camp to Queen Charlotte Sounds- where are you? Gary Mitchell we still see - he was our best man. David Snellenberg (excuse the spelling!), Andrew Stockley. I still have photos of some of the tramps we went on - where are you Lee Wright? Photos of 7th from ski trip. Outdoors pursuits etc etc. and I have not even registered myself!!!

Eugene is getting married in November.
He is living in Waikanae. I'm based in London.

I remember your name Mathew and your brother Eugene. I married Colin Daniel. Do you remember him?
Someone told me the Hutt News this week said the numbers were nearly full and people would have to get in quick if they still wanted to attend the reunion.
I hope someone else choses to see this email page and add messages.

I see Ian Gubbins, Leah Strickland, Elizabeth Egan, Fenella Foster, Christine Neely and Ashley Bell, Debra Norris have registered from our year. What about others- Deirdre Hill? Brodie Stubbs?, Troy Newtown?, Heather Newton?, Amanda Collins, Andrew Black, Liz Risley, Meryl Hancock, Bruce Kearton, Nicola Beazley, Mary Clark, Godfrey Boyce, Robert Edwards, some of the first IV during the above years? Let's see more people reply so it makes the reunion even more tempting to attend. Does anyone have any feedback on any of the above or can contact them to convince them to go?
